UPROOTING…

The lies we tell ourselves.

Some thoughts (negative) are like weeds — they look small but choke out everything good if you let them grow. Because at the end of the day, we believe it. So think about some of the things that you tell yourself.  Is your #SelfTalk good or bad? Positive or negative? Helpful or harmful?
It most likely depends on the day, the situation, the environment, and many other factors. If we are honest, we ALL experience what I like to refer to as STINKING THINKING sometimes.  However, awareness helps, and practice makes perfect.  So let's practice.

The lie: I’m not enough.

The truth: I am worthy, capable, and becoming even stronger every day.

Self-assessment:

  • Take note of the impact each has on your mood, on your day, on your interactions with others, on your productivity, on your physical body. 
  • The lie leaves you feeling low mood, low energy, underproductive, and many other negative feelings.  
  • While the positive thought or the truth, on the contrary, positively impacts your mood, your energy, your productivity, your interactions, and otherwise.                                                              


    So today, try pulling up or uprooting the lies and planting truths that help you grow. That help you BECOME BETTER✨

I am enough. I am competent. I deserve my seat at the table. I am fearfully and wonderfully made. I am Becoming.
